DARK MOUTAIN: ISSUE 27

is an anthology of writing and art exploring the human body and its entanglement with the more-than-human world in times of crisis and change. Featuring fiction, non-fiction, poetry and visual work, the issue traces the many ways we become re-embodied – through movement, protest, illness, ritual and relationship with land and creature. From plant medicine to protest, autoimmune disease to animal kinship, the work challenges industrial culture’s push toward disconnection, asking instead what it means to be part of a living, breathing Earth. I’m proud to have contributed artwork to this powerful collection.
